Kerak
telor is original food of Jakarta or we known Betawi. Keraqk telor makes with
materials like white glutinous rice, chicken egg, ebi or dried shrimp that
salted, dry roasted added with fried red onion, then be given grinded spices is
toasted coconut, red chili, kencur, ginger, pepper, salt and sugar.
History
kerak telor originated from the colonial era. Kerak telor is special food, and
served in big party of colonial government or person Betawi who rich. However
